How much does it cost to attend?
Piano Academy Live tickets are valued at €849 per individual ticket and €749 per individual for group tickets. However, we may have discounted tickets during promotional periods, so keep an eye out!
Can I purchase a one day access pass the conference?
Unfortunately, no. All passes cover two full days of the event and its inclusions.
Will I get access to the content and sessions after the event?
Event participants will receive full access to the session recordings approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the event.
In what language(s) will the sessions be held?
Piano Academy Live will be conducted in English.
How can I become a Piano Academy speaker?
Speaking sessions for 2024 have been filled with our call for speakers process. However, if you would like to be added to a waitlist for speaking, please email us at academy@piano.io. Please note that vendor partners must purchase a sponsorship in order to speak.
When should I plan on arriving and departing?
For most attendees, we recommend arriving on the evening of Tuesday, November 19, as we will begin early on Wednesday morning. We will also have a welcome reception that begins at 5:00PM on Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, November 20, we will also host our now-famous evening party at a secret location. Sessions conclude on Thursday, November 21 at 16:00 CET. If you are attending a product training on Tuesday, November 19, we recommend arriving on the evening of Monday, November 18th, as training will begin promptly at 09:00.
Is there a virtual or live streaming component?
Piano Academy is an in-person event only, so be sure to sign up and join us.
What is the best way to travel to Amsterdam for the event?
We recommend arriving by train or airplane as both the station and airport are quite close to the venue. From Amsterdam Centraal train station, the venue is a 6 minute walk. The airport is also easily accessible by a 25 minute train ride or a 25 minute taxi.
